THE ROLE

You will be closely involved in the day to day operations of the retail business, helping to shape the in-store experience for customers and being part of the process of building the retail business for long-term success. There will be opportunities to work with some of the most exciting independent running and sports brands from around the world and work on exciting activations and projects at the store.

Within our retail division, we stock boutique, fashion-influenced brands with strong aesthetic and performance appeal. We aim to support new and independent labels alongside a selection of performance footwear from global names. We sell high-quality and often premium brands, so confidence when talking about products is key, sharing brand stories, and having good knowledge of sport - ideally running and cycling.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving small business at a very exciting stage in our journey, where we’re building a retail division for the future. A successful candidate will show hunger, adaptability, and a willingness to pitch-in day-to-day within a small team. They’ll be welcoming, happy to chat with customers in the shop and café, and genuinely interested in the brands we sell. A proactive approach will help this person thrive and quickly open the door to opportunities to grow within the company.
